Workforce Stability & HUD Systems Audit

Our Signature Service

The Workforce Stability & HUD Systems Audit is a structured, two-part diagnostic that gives your leadership a clear, honest picture of where your internal systems are strong, where gaps exist, and what needs to be addressed to protect your programs and your funding.

The audit includes:

• Executive Leadership Intake — A confidential intake completed by organizational leadership, assessing HUD funding streams, Section 3 status and compliance history, documentation systems, workforce stability, and monitoring readiness from a leadership perspective.

• Workforce Stability & HUD Systems Diagnostic — An anonymous staff-level diagnostic completed across departments, capturing how documentation expectations, compliance requirements, and monitoring readiness are experienced on the frontline — where gaps are most likely to appear.

Together, these two instruments assess three critical domains:

• Documentation Defensibility — How clearly documentation expectations and systems are defined and consistently applied across your organization.

• Workforce Stability & Continuity — The impact of staff turnover, onboarding practices, and knowledge transfer on program delivery.

• Monitoring Readiness — Your organization's preparedness for HUD compliance reviews, including Section 3 requirements.

You receive an Executive Risk Dashboard with findings from both instruments, identified vulnerabilities, and a Priority Stabilization Action Plan — a practical roadmap for strengthening your systems.

Additional Services

Following the audit, we offer targeted add-on services to help you implement the recommendations and build lasting organizational strength.

  • Workforce Documentation System Design: We create the templates, workflows, and documentation structures your organization needs for defensible, audit-ready records.
  • Community Health Worker (CHW) Training Program: Our training program prepares selected employees to serve as trusted peer health navigators within your organization, helping coworkers connect to resources that affect employee stability and program continuity. Training is available in In-Person, Virtual, or Hybrid formats. Participants receive a CHW Training Certificate and ongoing consultation support.
  • Monitoring Readiness Workshops: Hands-on workshops that prepare your staff and leadership for the scrutiny of a monitoring visit.
