About Well Lifestyles Group
Well Lifestyles Group is a community health consulting and workforce training firm focused on strengthening workforce stability, participation, and long-term sustainability across workplace and community-based employment environments.
Our work addresses the real-life conditions that influence whether people can consistently show up, remain engaged, and sustain employment—particularly in settings where instability, inconsistent attendance, and preventable disruption affect organizational performance and workforce outcomes.
How Our Approach Took Shape
Well Lifestyles Group began in wellness education and whole-person health. Over time, our work evolved in response to the realities facing workers, employers, and communities.
A consistent pattern became clear: individual wellness alone could not resolve systemic workforce challenges.
Lasting stability required attention to broader factors such as:
  • Workplace conditions and daily routines
  • Organizational expectations and structures
  • Environmental and social barriers
  • Real-life factors shaping workforce participation
This shift led our work toward community health principles and the Social Determinants of Health (SDOH), which examine how real-world conditions influence stability, health, and sustained engagement.

This shift led to community health principles using the Social Determinants of Health (SDOH).
Our Consulting Focus
Today, Well Lifestyles Group operates through two integrated areas of focus:
Workforce Stability Consulting
Our consulting work applies an evidence-based Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) framework to workplace environments. We help organizations identify and address structural, environmental, and social factors that influence attendance, reliability, and retention.
This work emphasizes:
  • Systems-level assessment
  • Strategic direction and stabilization
  • Non-clinical, outcomes-focused solutions
We do not provide individual coaching, HR management, or clinical services. Our role is to serve as a strategic partner, helping organizations understand and respond to the underlying drivers of workforce instability.
Workplace Community Health Worker (CHW) Training
In some organizations, long-term stability requires internal, day-to-day workforce support. Our Workplace CHW Training prepares selected employees to serve as peer support resources who help coworkers navigate real-life challenges that impact workplace participation and retention.
This training helps organizations build internal capacity for sustained workforce stability aligned with the conditions identified through consulting and assessment.
WHO WE SERVE
Our work is most often engaged by organizations responsible for maintaining stable, reliable workforces in environments where disruption carries operational or compliance risk.
We commonly support:
  • Employers and workforce-dependent organizations
  • Nonprofit and community-based organizations
  • Public agencies and workforce-focused programs
  • Organizations connected to HUD Section 3 or workforce stability initiatives
Organizations engage Well Lifestyles Group when they need clarity, reduced risk, defensible workforce insight, and practical strategies that support long-term stability.
